Ethical Corporate Management

Objective :
To establish a sound business transaction system, faithfully carry out all purchasing, sales, and trading activities, and prevent normal transactions and bilateral cooperation from being affected by human factors, this Code is hereby formulated.

Scope :
This Code applies to the Company’s directors, managers, appointed representatives, and all other employees.


RULE OF Ethical Corporate Management

.Do not, directly or indirectly, promise or provide bribes, gifts, entertainment, kickbacks, rebates, or any other improper benefits to any employee of a customer or vendor, or to their relatives, friends, or any designated person.

.Do not engage in any loans, leasing, investments, guarantees, or any activities not related to official business dealings with any employee of a customer or vendor, or their relatives, friends, or any designated person, unless officially designated for business purposes.

.Do not offer employment opportunities or school placement arrangements as a form of favoritism to any employee of a customer or vendor, or their relatives, friends, or any designated person.

.Do not engage in any conduct that may harm the interests or reputation of customers or vendors.

.Do not solicit, recruit, incite, induce, or otherwise cause employees of customers or vendors to resign, nor engage in any actions that may cause such employees to violate their legal or contractual obligations.

.Do not, directly or indirectly, make, promise, or authorize any corrupt payments to government officials, or provide anything of value in an attempt to influence any government action or decision to obtain or retain business or other benefits for the Company.
